Sunita Williams caricature
SUNITA WILLIAMS and her fellow astronaut Butch Wilmore were sent to the International Space Station on June 5, 2024, for what was supposed to be an eight-day mission, but repeated technical issues forced their space flight to be extended by 8 months!!! The Indian-origin astronaut will only be able to return to Earth in February 2025 aboard a SpaceX spacecraft that will pick them up there. I made this caricature as my entry for an Indian Facebook caricaturist group challenge. - (The rough character design was done in Character Creator, the finer finishing and everything else in Blender. I added the text in paint.net.)
This is the final version - (The first one had some weaknesses)
This was my first version. The one I posted in the Facebook group. The hair render was horrible then,
due to lack of time I quickly corrected the ugliest spots in paint.net.
The 2 versions next to each other. Find the 7 differences - (just kidding) - I mainly reworked the hair and the left sock. But also cleaned up a bit here and there...

We are living in bizarre times. 5 people responded to my Facebook post, 2 of them asked if this was AI. A bit of a painful reaction actually.
